The Booking Process

1️⃣ Browse & Book

Browse through our inventory and select the trailer that you are interested in hiring.

Bookings are easily completed online 24/7, alternatively please get in touch and we can help you through the process.

2️⃣ Booking Confirmation

We will email you a booking confirmation.

This will include the details of your booking - including pickup & drop-of dates/times and collection address.

If any changes need to made after your booking is confirmed, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist.

3️⃣ Hitch & Go

Simply follow the pickup instructions sent to you via SMS.

  • Renting a trailer from Hitch & Go is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, which includes various types such as box trailers, car trailers. furniture trailers, and more. Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, specify your desired rental period, provide the necessary information and make the required payment for your booking. We'll prepare the trailer for pickup at your selected location and advise you of any access codes etc that are required for entry. When your rental period is complete (or if you are finished with the trailer), return the trailer to us and we'll ensure it's ready to go for the next hirer.

  • If you encounter any issues or the trailer is involved in an accident during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our terms & conditions for specific details related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our trailers.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms, collect additional payment and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the additional time. We're committed to accommodating your needs wherever possible.

  • A security deposit of $100 may be required for some, but not all trailer bookings. This will be refunded to your original payment method on return of the trailer in the same condition as when hired. Please refer to our booking terms & conditions for further information about when we may deduct from or retain the entirety of your security deposit. If you paid by card, the deposit may take 3-5 days to be returned to your account after the return of your trailer.
